The bottom of the bathtub is designed to become secure and stable in the shower — you can freely rotate, wash your hair or reach for cosmetics without feeling like you have a slippery sheet of ice under your feet. The front, exterior of the bathtub is slightly undercut, making it easier to approach and do all your daily activities, including in smaller bathrooms.
